On October 9th, your favorite dopeboyz on the internet will be hosting their own showcase at The Masquerade at this year’s A3C Festival in Atlanta. As the flyer above shows, CunninLynguists will be headlining the event (celebrating the release of Kno’s debut album, Death Is Silent). Fellow QN5′r PackFM will join in on the celebration as well. On top of that, Statik Selektah and Termanology (w/ the help of Reks) will also be celebrating the release of their collaborative 1982 album. We’re also gonna be rounding out the show with (2)dope mainstays Sha Stimuli, Torae, Playboy Tre, The Lessondary, Hollyweerd, El Prez, Shawyn Chrystopher, Sean Falyon, Aleon Craft and Soul Khan (of Brown Bag AllStars).
It was the perfect ending to the Atlanta Stargazing Tour…Clermont Lounge with Killer Mike and more…went OFF.

The 195th entry in our DJBooth.net Freestyle Series comes courtesy of Aleon Craft, the ATL native who recently hooked up with DJBooth for reader-acclaimed mixtape The Stargazing Soundtrack. On his brand new, exclusive More Than Expected freestyle, the SMKA Productions emcee flows over original boardwork by SMKA. Aleon Craft is currently preparing to release a short documentary on himself and his just-finished ATL Stargazing Tour, as well as working on his debut full-length, The Solar Hop Chronicles.
This review seems detached from reality. The reviewer either didn’t understand the project…but we don’t make music for critics. I hope Gabe can make it out to a show sometime so he can understand what it is we DO HERE.
